Ivor Abrahams RA (1935-2015) was a British sculptor, printmaker and ceramicist best known for his stylised prints of garden scenes and large polychrome sculptures
He studied at Central St Martins and Camberwell School of Art and gained his international reputation in the 1970's with his prints and sculptures influenced by gardens. Sculptures were often large scale and constructed from many materials. He produced an eclectic body of work over his lifetime and had retrospective exhibitions at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, The Henry Moore Institute and The Royal West of England Academy
He has been described as England's equivalent to Robert Rauschenberg
