The right-hand panel from Triptych 1983, an original lithograph in colours on watermarked Arches wove paper after the painting of the same name, housed in the Hirshhorn Musuem and Sculpture Garden at the Smithsonian Institute, Washington, US. Signed in pencil and numbered from the limited edition of 180. Printed and published by Galerie Lelong, Paris. Referenced in Tacou, 14 and Sabatier, 17. Image size 67 x 50cm.

In good condition with strong, bright colours, a couple of paper blemishes in the sheet margins, more photos and full condition rerport to follow.

Francis Bacon was an Irish-born British figurative painter known for his raw, unsettling imagery.
