In very good condition, with three stains from remains of old tape to the top sheet corners and mid top edge (see 3rd photo opposite) which will be completely covered by mounting and framing.  A beautiful, rare and immediately recognisable signed Lowry print, with a twist of magical humour that this artist is so well known for.
