Alan DAVIE Zurich Improvisations I  (1965)

Original lithograph on Rives BFK watermarked wove paper, one of 34 lithographs from the Zurich Improvisations portfolio. Signed Alan Davie in pencil lower right, an artist's proof aside from the small limited edition of 25. Published by Editions Alecto, London with their blind stamp. Some of the lithographs were in editions of 75 plus 15 artist proofs and the remainder were in editions of 25 only with 5 artist proofs. 

In good condition with full margins., faint even overall discolouration to the sheet not detracting from the image, slightly more noticeable at sheet edges. A few very shallow handling creases and light water staining at lower left sheet corner - see photo opposite.
