A striking yet intimate Frank Stella print which is immediately recognisable in its brave simplicity - impossible not to love! Stella is an iconic figure of post-war American art and is considered to be one of the most influential artists of a generation that moved beyond abstract expressionism toward minimalism and post-painterly abstraction.

Frank Stella studied with the American filmmaker and photographer Hollis Frampton whose work reflects a fascination with art and artists. 'The Secret World of Frank Stella 1958–62', is a series of 52 portraits of Stella by Frampton and was originally conceived as a parody of David Douglas Duncan’s book 'The Private World of Pablo Picasso'.
