An original screen print in colours on wove paper. Signed Patrick Caulfied in pencil and numbered from the small limited edition of 100. Printed at Kelpra Studios, London with their stamp to the reverse, and published by Leslie Waddington Prints, London. Referenced in Cristea Patrick Caulfield: The Complete Prints 1964-1999, 18. The price reflects the fact that this is in 'fair' condition: notably, a professionally repaired tear in the grey ink above lampshade, 80mm crease in the grey ink left of centre, abrasion in yellow window strut, scratch in grey ink lower left, scratch in ink of lower right window frame, dent in grey ink top left, top left corner of sheet is missing, slight rippling and tiny foxing marks in the margins, light discolouration towards sheet edges. However, this print still has fresh, bright colours and is complete with printed text to lower sheet edge giving title, (mis-spelt) artist name, date and 'trim to edge of margins' instructions. With only two previous auction records that we can find, an exceedingly rare and beautiful print by this ever popular British artist
