An original, vintage 1980s screenprint (not a copy!) printed in 5 neon colours on heavy stock paper, a non-editioned poster (there was also a hand-signed edition of 80) for the 17th Montreux Jazz Festival. With artist’s printed signature and date. Printed by Serigraphie Uldry Bern, Switzerland, with their copyright text to the lower left of the image.  Referenced in Prestel, 8. Paper size 100cm x 70cm. In excellent condition and never framed, with just the lightest traces of handling. A fantastically eye-catching and collectable vintage poster. Wow factor absolutely guaranteed!

Keith Haring designed this colourful set of 3 posters for the 17th Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. The Festival is held on the Shores of Lake Geneva and started in 1967. Since then, the posters have been designed by artists such as Andy Warhol, Jean Tinguely, Niki de Saint Phalle, Max Bill and Julian Opie, among others. Cancelled this year due to Corona Virus, the Festival was due to star Lionel Richie, Black Pumas and Lenny Kravitz
